LOVE - Seriously?!
One day at a time, one person at a time, the intention to LOVE each day can change the world.
This is NOT toxic positivity.
It's the opposite, as LOVE bears witness to pain without judgement, sits with the hard questions, and pours forth the courage required to BE in that moment.
Im not perfect... 365 Days of LOVE is an imperfect exercise, but it's worth it.
I have been on a long journey of healing. The last 5 years have been particularly painful due to physical illness and increasingly serious struggles with rare disease. I’ll share more details as the days unfold.
Still, I believe in the power of LOVE as a healing modality. I aim to shift my energy to resonate with LOVE at the source of all that IS.
Will you join me?
LOVE is AGAPE, healing, unshaming. There will be opportunities for engagement and learning that open as my energy allows.
This is day one.
